What is Nocturnal (night time) Hypoglycemia?

Nocturnal hypoglycemia is a decreased blood sugar level that occurs while you are asleep. It is worrying because it usually goes unnoticed as most people do not wake up during the hypoglycemic episode. Most people with Diabetes will notice symptoms once they are awake.
