Exercise to Increase Your Flexibility

Warming up before starting exercise is essential in order to prepare your body in order to prevent injuries.  One way to warm up is to perform stretching exercise. Fixed stretching involves flexing/tensing the muscles to help prevent injuries and allow greater flexibility.

Here are some tips that can help you warm up different parts of your body:

Your shoulders, hands, and feet should stay relaxed while stretching. Try to breathe slowly and deeply.
